An animegao (often refered to as 'doller') is a subset of kigurumi, or costumed character, especially full suits like furries are apt to do ( I am not as I have neither the talent to make such a costume, nor the money to buy one). Regular kigurumi are a frequent sight in Japan, as countless cities, companies, and even at least one Shinto shrine will use mascots to promote their city/business/religion/cause/e.t.c. and sell related merchandise, with costumes ranging from slick Disney style fursuits to really tacky and hideous ones you couldn't imagine anyone thinking of. Is this doller one of them? The outfit is well done, but the full mask sort of creeps me out. This guy/gal/it was seen at Sac-Anime Summer 2012 near a Star Wars storm-trooper.
